Delays:

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services after dispatch.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

We do not provide returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect model or design chosen by the customer.

• Dislike of the product after receiving it.

• Minor variations in color/texture due to lighting or screen differences.

Exceptions – Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund:

We will replace or refund your order only if:

1. You receive the wrong product.

2. The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• Provide clear photos/videos of the product and the packaging.

• Keep the product unused, in original packaging, until claim verification.

Conditions for Approval:

• Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

• Evidence must be provided as requested.

Non-Eligible Items:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Sale/discounted items.

• Items damaged due to customer handling.

Our Rights:

FlexifyCase.in reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy requirements. Our decision will be final in all disputes.

4. Terms & Conditions

• All content, images, and designs on FlexifyCase.in are the property of FlexifyCase and cannot be used without written permission.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase (unless Cash on Delivery is offered).

• Product colors may slightly differ due to screen settings or photography lighting.

• We are not liable for damages to your device even when using our case — no case can guarantee 100% protection.

Currency:

All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupee).

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer

If we receive a cancellation request and your order has not yet been processed/shipped, we will cancel the order immediately and issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been processed, printed, or shipped, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the order will proceed as per our normal order lifecycle and will be delivered as scheduled.

Cancellations by FlexifyCase.in

Under certain circumstances, it may not be possible for us to accept or fulfill an order, and we may be required to cancel it at our sole discretion.

Situations that may result in cancellation include (but are not limited to):

• Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
